The Passion Fruit is named for its beautiful flower. We currently harvest half a million passion fruit every year, both the flavicarpa, the large, sweet, lighter-colored fruits and the edulis, the smaller, purple-skinned variety. Most of our fruit is turned into juice and pulp, though we do sell whole ripe passion fruit as well. So far, in 2020, we have planted 250,00 passion fruit seedlings into our orchards.
