Our company’s success depends on the men and women who work on the farm every day. The people who work the soil, plant the seeds, carry the water, tend to the health of the plants, and harvest the crops are our lifeblood. That’s why we don’t just reward them with good wages, steady work, and nourishment, we go beyond that. We consider them our family. Not only the workers themselves, but their families, too, who often take up jobs with Wangu Farms as well, followed by their neighbors and their neighbors’ families. Over time, Wangu Farms has developed a community and a micro-economy around each of our farms. We are proud of to have brought skills and gainful work to so many industrious and deserving people of all ages and we are committed to their continued education and to the further development of their agronomic skills.
